Refund policy

At B. NovelTees your shopping experience is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at sales@bnoveltees.com for instructions. Please DO NOT return any item(s) without contacting a customer support team member first. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If a request is approved, item(s) must be returned (at customer’s expense) within 7-days of delivery date. Returned item(s) must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Many of our items can be customized. Just contact us at info@bnoveltees.com. We cannot accept returns on customized orders unless something on the finished product was done incorrectly on our end.
