Shipping policy

At B. NovelTees your shopping experience is very important to us. All B. NovelTees items are made-to-order and generally take up to 3-5 business days to create. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive in approximately 7-10 business days. If you ordered several items, we may send them separately to ensure faster service, at no additional charge to you.

Note: Once orders have been processed they cannot be changed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information. Please verify that all required fields are correct before final checkout. Items returned as undelivered, due to an incorrect address entered during the checkout process, will gladly be reshipped at customer’s expense. B. NovelTees is not responsible for items lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS. In these instances, please contact your local post office or USPS.com for assistance.
